松原敬生の千客万来 第100話 竹島宏さん
ムード歌謡を含めてバラードナンバーでファンを魅了し続けていた竹島宏さん。前作の「恋町カウンター」で踊る歌謡曲に初挑戦し、見事に新境地を開きました。
実は「恋町カウンター」のインタビューをした時には、スタジオで恋町ダンスを私の前で披露してくれましたが、この竹島くんがと戸惑った記憶がありますが、今回の踊る歌謡曲の第２弾「噂のふたり」では、スッカリ板についた感じでした。
さて「噂のふたり」は、昭和歌謡の黄金時代を感じさせるワクワクさせる作品で、ステージでは、今度は「噂のダンス」でファンから喝采をうけています。
というより、前作からファンになったという新しいファンと、以前からのファンが揃って「噂のダンス」を自分達も取り入れて盛り上がっています。
デビュー１７周年、歌手としてもあぶらが乗った竹島宏さん。まさに今後の活躍から目を離せません。
