当店が大切にしていることは、「体に優しく、体の中からキレイに」というコンセプトです。
バランス良く、体にいいものを食べていただきたい、野菜は地元産のものを使用し、私自らが旬の野菜を買い付けることで、お客様に新鮮な味を提供し、それがそのまま地元の農家を応援することにもつながっています。そんな食材を使ったオリジナルの創作料理もユコーネの大きな特徴です。
また美味しいものを、美味しいタイミングで食べていただきたいとの思いから、ビュッフェはオーダーシステムを導入しています。特にピッツァは注文が入ってから作り始めるので、トロトロアツアツを堪能することができます。
私も自ら厨房でお客様の笑顔を思い浮かべながらせっせと調理しています。
「おいしい！」と言っていただけるお客様の笑顔が最高に嬉しいです。
お食事しながらのふれあいは本当に楽しいものです。
