トランプ・プーチン首脳会談に対する考察：和平への課題と望まれる発信 2025年８月
今朝、報道番組「日曜報道」を視聴した。
トランプとプーチンの首脳会談について、橋下徹氏が「政治的解決への第一歩として大いに評価したい。」と発言した。この方はどうしてもトランプを擁護したいようだ。
政治的解決と言っても、プーチンの「ウクライナは本来ロシア領土であるため、奪還する。」という根深い考え方を根本的に転換させなければ、停戦の実現は難しいように思う。
したがって、トランプが提唱する領土割譲による和平合意は、現状では不可能であると言わざるを得ない。
戦争終結には、ロシア国内において、戦争反対の声が大きくなり、プーチンを追い詰める状況が訪れることが早急な解決策となるのではないだろうか。
今回の会談において、トランプが「この戦争の責任はプーチンにある。」と断定し、ロシア国民に対し、プーチンの戦争犯罪を明確に伝えることが望ましかったと思う。

トランプの対ロシア政策とウクライナ戦争への影響
トランプ大統領は、ロシアに対する制裁発動を当面延期するなど、プーチン大統領に対して寛容な姿勢を示している。
トランプ大統領は「最善策は戦争を終結させる和平合意を目指すことだ。」と述べているものの、ウクライナ紛争の停戦実現は困難だ。
プーチン大統領の「元々ロシア領だったのだから奪還しなければならない」と深く根付いた考えを変えなければならない。もしそれが不可能ならば、大統領職から追放するという強い決意で彼に立ち向かわなければならない。
トランプ大統領が解決策として提案したロシアとウクライナの「領土交換」は、停戦の正当な条件ではない。プーチン大統領との友好関係をいつまでも維持すべきではない。
トランプ大統領はまず、「この戦争の責任はプーチンにある。」という事実を認識する必要がある。

Reflections on the Trump-Putin Summit: Challenges to Peace and Desired Message
This morning, I watched the news program "Sunday News."
Regarding the Trump-Putin summit, Toru Hashimoto said, "I highly commend it as the first step toward a political solution." This person seemed intent on defending Trump.
Even if we're talking about a political solution, I think a ceasefire will be difficult to achieve unless Putin fundamentally changes his deeply rooted belief that "Ukraine is Russian territory, and we must retake it."
Therefore, I have to say that Trump's proposal for a peace agreement based on territorial cession is impossible under the current circumstances.
To end the war, I believe the most immediate solution would be for anti-war voices to grow louder within Russia, forcing Putin into a corner.
I think it would have been better for Trump to assert, "Putin is responsible for this war," during the summit and clearly communicate Putin's war crimes to the Russian people.

Trump has shown a tolerant attitude toward Putin, for example, by postponing the imposition of sanctions against Russia for the time being.
Although he has stated that "the best thing to do is seek a peace agreement that ends the war," achieving a ceasefire in the Ukraine war is difficult.
Putin's deeply rooted belief that "it was originally Russian territory, so we must retake it" must be changed. If this is not possible, we must confront him with the strong determination to remove him from office.
The "territorial swap" between Russia and Ukraine that Trump proposed as a solution is not a valid condition for a ceasefire. Friendly relations with Putin should not be maintained forever.
Trump must first recognize the fact that "Putin bears responsibility for this war."
