中国の対日制裁：台湾統一への強い意志と世界秩序への影響
中国は12月15日、日本の自衛隊元幹部に制裁措置を発表しました。
その理由は、「一つの中国」の原則に違反し、中国の内政に重大な干渉を行ったためということです。
このような対抗措置は、中国が是が非でも台湾統一を実現したいという強い意志を示すものです。中国政府は国民に対し、「台湾は中国の領土であり、中国の内政に干渉する国は間違っている」と喧伝しています。
もし日本政府が高市首相の「台湾有事は日本の危機となり得る」という国会答弁を撤回すれば、事態はまさに中国の思惑通りに展開することになるでしょう。従って、今更この発言を撤回すべきではないし、武力による現状変更の試みはいかなるものも容認しないという立場を堅持する必要があります。
ロシアによるウクライナ領土の侵攻は、まさに「武力による現状変更」であり、これを容認すれば、中国の台湾統一が正当化される可能性が高まるため、断じて容認してはいけません。
ウクライナ戦争に関しては、プーチンを強く非難し、国際社会からプーチンを排除するという強固な決意のもとで終戦に導かなければ、世界平和の実現は困難だと思います。
トランプは、プーチンがウクライナに侵攻した際、「プーチンは天才だ」と発言したと報じられています。この発言が事実であれば、トランプは武力による現状変更を容認する方向に傾いていると言わざるを得ません。
実際、トランプはプーチンとの個人的な関係を重視し、ロシアに有利な停戦交渉を受け入れるようゼレンスキーに圧力をかけています。
トランプが米国の大統領である限り、世界秩序はますます混沌としていくばかりです。
私は、「米国はウクライナと共にある」と考える大統領が次期米国大統領に就任することを強く望みます。

China's Sanctions against Japan: Taiwan's Strong Will to Unify and Its Impact on World Order
On December 15, China announced sanctions against former senior officers of the Japanese Self-Defense Forces.
The reason for this is that they violated the "One China" principle and seriously interfered in China's internal affairs.
Such countermeasures demonstrate China's strong desire for Taiwan unification at all costs. The Chinese government is telling its citizens that "Taiwan is Chinese territory, and any country that interferes in China's internal affairs is wrong."
If the Japanese government were to retract Prime Minister Takaichi's Diet response that "a Taiwan crisis could pose a crisis for Japan," the situation would unfold exactly as China intended. Therefore, I should not retract this statement now. and we must firmly maintain our position that we will not tolerate any attempts to change the status quo by force.
Russia's invasion of Ukrainian territory is a case of "changing the status quo by force," and tolerating this would increase the likelihood that China will justify unifying Taiwan, and therefore must not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Regarding the Ukraine war, I believe it will be difficult to achieve world peace unless we strongly condemn Putin and bring it to an end with a firm determination to remove him from the international community.
When Putin invaded Ukraine, Trump reportedly said, "Putin is a genius." If this statement is true, it suggests that Trump is leaning toward accepting the use of force to change the status quo.
In fact, Trump values his personal relationship with Putin and is pressuring Zelensky to accept ceasefire negotiations that are favorable to Russia.
As long as Trump is the president of the United States, the world order will only become increasingly chaotic.
I strongly hope that the next president of the United States will be one who believes that "America stands with Ukraine."
