プーチンの戦争責任と米ロ首脳会談の影響
８月15日の米ロ首脳会談後、プーチンは「トランプ大統領の登場でトンネルの先に光が見えてきた」と述べ、トランプは「彼を尊敬している」と語った。
トランプがプーチンに敬意を払い、彼を後押ししていることは、大変遺憾と言わざるを得ない。ウクライナ戦争が交渉を通じて平和的に解決できることは望ましいが、戦争終結後はプーチンの戦争責任を問う必要がある。
日本が戦後、東京裁判において連合国によりＡ級戦犯が処罰されたように、ロシア国民に対し、プーチンの行動が誤りであったことを明確に示し、二度と武力による領土拡張は容認できないという強いメッセージを発信しなければいけない。
そうでなければ、戦争責任が曖昧なまま終結することになりかねない。ロシアとアメリカが関係修復を図ることは構わないが、その前にプーチンの戦争責任を問うことが先決だ！
トランプはプーチンを友人と考えており、グリーンランドやカナダの買収など、米国の領土拡張を示唆する発言をしている。トランプのこうした考え方は大きな問題である。
ウクライナ戦争を終結させる最善の方法は、プーチン政権を非難し、ロシア国民にも同様な行動を促すことだと私は考える。
私個人としては、先日の米ロ首脳会談は、プーチン大統領の正当性をロシア国民に印象付ける可能性があり、望ましくなかったと考えている。
日本の政治家は、北方領土返還に難色を示しているロシア政府に対し、日本の領土を取り戻すために戦争を仕掛けても良いのかと問いただしてもらいたい。どのような答えが返ってくるのだろうか。

Putin's War Responsibility and the Impact of the US-Russia Summit
After the U.S.-Russia summit on August 15, Putin stated, "With President Trump's arrival, we can see light at the end of the tunnel," and Trump said, "I respect him."
We must express deep regret that Trump respects and supports Putin. While it is desirable that the Ukraine war be resolved peacefully through negotiations, Putin must be held accountable for his war crimes once the conflict ends.
Just as Japan's Class A war criminals were punished by the Allied Powers at the Tokyo Trials after the war, we must clearly demonstrate to the Russian people that Putin's actions were wrong and send a strong message that territorial expansion by force will never again be tolerated.
Otherwise, the war may end with responsibility remaining unclear. Russia and the United States can seek to repair their relationship, but first, Putin must be held accountable for the war!
Trump considers Putin a friend and has made statements suggesting U.S. territorial expansion, such as the acquisition of Greenland and Canada. Trump's thinking is deeply problematic.
I believe the best way to end the Ukraine war is to condemn the Putin regime and urge the Russian people to do the same.
Personally, I think the recent US-Russia summit was undesirable, as it could have impressed upon the Russian people the legitimacy of President Putin.
I would like Japanese politicians to ask the Russian government, which is reluctant to return the Northern Territories, whether it would be acceptable to start a war to reclaim Japanese territory. I wonder what answer they will get.
