あなたは、皆が決めたルールを次々と破り、世界の支配者のように振る舞っています。
これは赤信号を無視して交差点を通り抜けるようなものです。みんなで決めた交通ルールを破れば、次から次へと大事故を引き起こすことになります。
大国が国際社会のルールを無視すれば、世界に暮らす人々が安心して生活することができなくなります。
大国こそがルールの模範とならなければならないのに、その大国自らがルールを壊すことを深く憂慮します。

I have something to say to President Trump.
While overthrowing the Maduro regime in Venezuela through military action may have garnered you some support, it constitutes a violation of international law. Furthermore, the recent attack on Iran is also a violation of international law.
The attack on the desalination plant on Qeshm Island, in which American involvement is suspected, targeted civilian infrastructure—an act strictly prohibited by the Geneva Conventions.
You are repeatedly breaking the rules established by the international community, behaving as if you were the ruler of the world.
This is akin to running a red light at an intersection. Disregarding the traffic rules we have all agreed upon will inevitably lead to a chain of disastrous accidents.
If a major power ignores the rules of the international community, people around the globe will no longer be able to live in peace and safety.
Major powers ought to serve as role models for upholding the rules. I am deeply concerned to see a major power actively destroying them instead.
